1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the iAC Studio website at https://iac-studio.com (the "Site") and any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (these "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

The Site is operated by iAC Studio, a software development and IT solutions agency based in Gujranwala, Pakistan, providing mobile application development, game development, app store optimization, search engine optimization and digital marketing services, and publishing software products for sale through third-party marketplaces. 3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to (a) misuse or attempt to disrupt the Site; (b) scrape, copy or republish its content without permission; (c) use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing material; or (d) impersonate any person or entity. We may restrict or withdraw access to the Site at any time.
4. Services and client engagements
Information on the Site (including pricing indications, timelines and descriptions) is general and does not constitute a binding offer. Any project, engagement or purchase of our services is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, invoice or order confirmation between you and iAC Studio. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the specific agreement for that engagement prevails. Deliverables, ownership, payment terms, revisions and warranties for client work are defined in that agreement, not by the Site.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's text, graphics, logos, layout and design are owned by or licensed to iAC Studio and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written consent. Intellectual property in any product we build for a client is transferred or licensed strictly as set out in the applicable client agreement; nothing on the Site changes that.
6. Third-party products and marketplaces
Some iAC Studio products (for example, applications sold on marketplaces such as CodeCanyon) are licensed and delivered under the terms of those third-party platforms. Purchases, licenses, support and refunds for such items are governed by the relevant marketplace's own terms, not by these Terms.
7. Contact form and communications
When you submit our contact form we process the information you provide as described in our Privacy Policy. We use it only to respond to your enquiry. Please do not send confidential or unlawful material through the Site.
8. Testimonials, portfolios and case studies
Portfolio items, case studies and testimonials are included to illustrate work we have done. They are provided for information only and do not guarantee similar results for any new project.
9. External links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or policies.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on the Site is complete or current.

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current effective date appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujranwala, Pakistan, without prejudice to any consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
